Within a Park Slope brownstone, a 410-square-foot apartment is being touted by brokers as a one-bedroom abode. Now normally, we would call anything this size a glorified studio at best, but somehow this home pulls it off.

The newly renovated home recently hit the market with a $499,000 price tag and features classic details along with modern charm. The sun-filled apartment is graced with 9.5-foot-high ceilings throughout as well as shiny hardwood floors, textured walls, and ornate molding.

The kitchen is tiny but well equipped with stainless steel appliances that include a full fridge and a small oven/stove; subway tile backsplash; and a decent amount of cabinets.

The small bedroom embraces a light and airy feel thanks to its large window that brings in a plethora of natural light. Brokerbabble states that the apartment also offers potential to add a washer/dryer machine for added convenience.

Common charges are just $525/month.
