This up-and-coming neighborhood north of Madison Square Park is known for their luxurious hotels, great shopping, and amazing restaurants! NoMad is extremely easy to commute to and from because it is in the middle of the city giving you access to many subway stations. The subways nearby are the 4,6,F,M,N,R, and PATH. This neighborhood is rapidly evolving and a great place for working professionals and families.

During weekdays this neighborhood is busy and fast-paced, but the weekends are quiet especially with the park to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. There are also events like Madison Square Eats that attracts people from many walks of life to the neighborhood!
Along with the luxury hotels, NoMad offers tons of housing! With new condos, co-ops, and pre-war buildings there is a place for everyone in this neighborhood. Even with the fast-paced everyday life in a city there is always room to relax in NoMad.
