Upper East Side, Manhattan

The Upper East Side in the center of Manhattan is known for their high end restaurants, elite shopping, and cultural institutions like The MET and Guggenheim. This gorgeous neighborhood is a mix of brownstones, upscale high-rises, and co-ops. Some mainstays in the area are central park, the many museums and of course madison and park avenue. This neighborhood has subway access to the 4,5,6, and Q making it easy to commute throughout New York.

This neighborhood spreads from 59th to 96th street and 5th avenue to the east river. Being one of the most sought out neighborhoods, it is iconic in real estate. With gorgeous architecture and posh ways of living, the Upper East Side is the place to live.

Even though the Upper East Side is known for their upscale housing, there are houses at every price point. In this neighborhood you will feel relaxed and detached from the overwhelming city life.
